As a Digital Marketing Director at OceanAir Travels, I am a dynamic leader who is playing a crucial role in propelling a variety of brands into the new digital age. With my multilingual and multicultural background, I am not only supporting Emiratisation but focusing on Emirati Women who can proudly represent their culture.
I am actively leading and transforming the branding and digital marketing strategies for an array of distinguished brands, including OceanAir, Al Khayma Heritage Camps, Al Khayma Restaurants in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, as well as Al Marmoom Oasis, Al Marmoom Domes, and Al Marmoom Café. My current responsibilities encompass a wide range of strategic initiatives:
Brand and Communication Strategy: I am managing and evolving the brands, maximizing their value and ensuring consistent positioning across diverse markets and sectors. This ongoing process involves a careful crafting of brand narratives that resonate across different cultural contexts.
  
Marketing Intelligence and Research: I am spearheading the use of data-driven insights for informed decision-making. By leveraging market and customer analytics, trend analysis, and benchmarking, I am staying ahead of industry shifts and guiding our brands towards strategic growth opportunities.
  
Customer Experience and Digital Marketing: I am ensuring that all customer interactions, both online and offline, reinforce brand values, drive customer engagement, and foster loyalty. This involves optimizing digital platforms and touchpoints to create seamless and engaging customer journeys.
  

Public Relations and Crisis Management: I am overseeing comprehensive PR strategies, including corporate and consumer relations, crisis management, and internal communications. My focus is on maintaining cohesive and impactful messaging that upholds our brands’ reputations.
  
Corporate Social Responsibility: I am developing and implementing CSR strategies, especially for projects like Al Marmoom Oasis, aligning our operations with broader community and environmental goals. These efforts highlight our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.
  
Sponsorships and Marketing Partnerships: I am utilizing the intellectual property of each brand to forge valuable partnerships, generating both financial and strategic benefits. This involves identifying and collaborating with partners who share our vision and values.
  
-Synergy and Efficiency: By creating synergies between the brands and with key stakeholders in the UAE and abroad, I am enhancing marketing efficiencies and maximizing the impact of collaborative initiatives. This strategic coordination amplifies our brands’ reach and influence.
  
Financial Oversight: I am responsible for managing P&L, budgets, and operating expenses across all marketing and sales activities. My goal is to ensure fiscal discipline and ROI maximization, steering our brands towards sustainable profitability.
  
Sales Process Enhancement: I am redefining sales processes to drive desired outcomes. This includes incorporating advanced sales tools, training, and communications to achieve sales performance targets and meet the evolving needs of our markets.
